Way to go! I wonder how many they have sold as a direct result of the ROC? I couldn't be happier with mine.

I bought my RETRAX as a result of what I read here. I have been nothing if completely satisfied with my decision to purchase. To complete the package, I ordered an electric tailgate lock kit (which if you want to put one in, do this BEFORE installing the RETRAX). I ordered the electric tailgate lock from basikconcepts.com, he has had several mentions in different areas throughout the ROC.

With forum members recomendations and the ROC discount, I purchased the Retrax in Dec 05. I have been pleased with the bed cover. The install was easy and the only maintence has been cleaning.

I recently contacted Anita at Retrax regarding the slight fluttering noise; she promptly mailed out "anti-noise tape" to dampen the movement in the tracks.

I had a fiberglass hard cover on another truck and I have to say the Retrax roll up operation is the best for my type of use.

Just a short note re: RETRAX. Retrax, Randy and Anita, made my decision very easy. The professional and friendly way they conduct their business was a refreshing change. Too bad the Honda dealer hasn't delivered as agreed !!!

I bought a slightly used Retrax on eBay last month and I couldnt be more happier with it. It's actually a nicer product than I expected it to be, and hard to believe I waited this long to get one!
Special thanks to Ryan at Retrax. The person I bought mine from did not have the black plastic caps that cover the mid bed bolt (keeps water out). I emailed and he UPS'd me the 2 caps within days. Great company, great service, top notch product!
