Nice pics, Smoky. Spring fever is getting ahold of me too and we're blanketed in snow again. Those photos look nice. Our deciduous trees have a few more weeks of bare branches before they start leafing out. There is simply nothing as fabulous as springtime in the Rockies!

Townsend and Laurel Valley, garden spot of Tennessee. I just looked out across the holler from my back porch before sunset and all I see is brown and gray. Be a while before all these hardwoods show a little green. Thanks for the pics.

Great pics, Smoky!

We had a beautiful day here in Greenville.... 82 degrees, lots of flowers up and blooming. Weeds, too..... spent the day working on them.... 12 gallons of RoundUp and a back-pack sprayer (and I'm not sure I will win the battle). Hate to use the poison, but we would be swallowed up if I didn't.

We spend quite a bit of time in Brevard, NC... which, I guess, is just over the mountains from you....

Unreal photos SmokyMtnRidger! it would be so different to live outside of the concrete jungle! Simply amazing!

Thanks for the great pictures! I will be in the Towsend area the first week of April with my Ridge! Any good scenic trails I need to make sure I hit? If there is a stream crossing or two that would be a huge plus!
