Still cracking the manuals and such, but the checklist I found here was Uber helpful. BTW I'm in Maryland, about 15 miles north of the White House. Yeah, that one. ;)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Localboy, I bought mine from Criswell Honda in Germantown. I just finished a lease on an Element that I got at Hersons. Their service department was nothing short of dreadful, and will actively encourage others NOT to go there. So I started getting my service from Criswell and couldn't be happier. So I'd been dealing with them for about 2 years, and when I decided to go 'Ridge, I gave them first crack. Got what I wanted at the price I'm happy with, and it's been white glove treatment all the way.

Seems like I got just about every option under the sun, so the shop still has the accessory installs to do. Considering my experiences with them up to this point, I'm expecting a happy ending.

I'll post pix and details on my baby when it's all fitted out, which should be within the next week (fingers crossed). Then I'll share some stories about how, according to some of the brain trust at the office, the Ridgeline is "way too expensive for a mid-sized pickup truck". LOL!

Now back to my Navi manual....

Thanks for the heads up about Hersons. I am sorry to hear that since they are the closest dealer to me for service. I will be going the internet route for purchase. Congratulations again on your sled!
