Trouble Installing speakers!!!Gordura0220 05-26-2006, 09:43 PM I just purchased 2 sets of Beyma 6in speakers.The problem is that i can't even fit the magnet through the door....Has anyone been able to trim a little without hacking anything???if soo let me see some pics...I think i might just exchange them for something els since my truck is a lease(but i'm planning to buy). hofffam 05-26-2006, 10:21 PM Your only hope to avoid cutting metal is if by using a spacer your speaker is spaced out far enough that the magnet doesn't even need to go through the hole. But I don't think that will work. You have about 1 inch max to space out with and that speaker is probably far too deep.
