Does a cat avatar count?

Or, is there a test forum? ;)
I just want to test my avatar.
My cat Harry died three years ago, and I'm about ready to adopt. :)

Cool, it works.
I may adopt a dog instead, so he/she can run around with me in my Ridge. Cats, though I love them, aren't predisposed to riding around.
So, a big dog. At the shelter.

I have a cat avatar--
Cats love to ride in cars if you train them when they are very young. Do it gradually by just sitting in vehicle w/o motor running -- then add motor running and eventually driving. They adapt and enjoy it..

Maybe if in a cage (tote) they will. I've raised a lot of cats, and loved them all, but they can go primitive in an instant when really stressed. You do not want a panicked loose cat in a car with you.
I could wind up with a couple cats and a dog.
Either that, or a fat woman who can cook. ;)
BTW; I changed my avatar. That's an Audi TT Roadster. You can get a special safety harness for a doggie.

Good luck on adopting your furry children. Be sure to post pics when you do. We love our animals and our trucks.
