Just baight a Ridgeline and wife found this site, so joined. Have two questions.

Where be the info and sign up for the Marysville soiree? We are Sacto ites so may be able to make it.

And, want to add tonneau cover, but put off by $1500 price. Is it worth it? Anyone know of 3rd party equiv or something?

Lastly, I notice everyone has named their ridgies. The wifee named ours HAL9000 after the fussy voice nav thingamabob.

Thanks,

Welcome from another BLUE NAVI owner. Please invite your wife to register too. We women on the forum are always looking for a bit more estrogen power.

We didn't like the price of the OEM tonneau or the design, so we anxiously awaited arrivals on the third party market. Thankfully, the Retrax was one of the first out of the gate. We needed our tonneau last summer for a trip to Canada. We absolutely love our Retrax.

There's a lot of information on the forum about all the different tonneau covers. Use the search function to uncover some of the info on the covers. This link will get you started:

Hello, and welcome!

I think?? the Marysville meet you refer to is in Marysville, Ohio, not the Marysville close to Sacto. Kind of a long drive for those of us on the West Coast. But the California Ridgeline owners are gathering in Santa Cruz on September 30, and we'd love to have you join us!

Thanks to you both for the quick, informative feedback. And A friend of Bills too I gather.

I forwarded out page to wifee, and will plan on the Santa Cruz Soiree.

Will search the links as you say. Doggy Deck intrigues me. My Aussie cattle dog just took his first trip in the back. He did well. IN that he shed big time in the explorer, the bed there with the window cracked is perfect for him, and the high sides keeping from leaning way out scarily, like he does in daiughters jeep.

Our doggie deck is a nearly permanent fixture. We've only taken it out a couple of times. The truck is a DOGLIMO, after all.

Come on board, wifee, I'd much rather have a name of your own choosing to know you by!
