I love my Ridgeline! Except one problem. I have about 5000 miles on it and at around 4000 the front end started making clunking sounds when you go over certain bumps in the road. It was nearly silent when I first bought it but is getting steadily worse. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:(

I had the same problem in the front passenger side. Dealer replaced them BOTH, no questions asked.

I have an early build Ridgeline (2/05). I had a similar noise coming from my right (from inside the truck) front end. It was like a metal-on-metal clang. It was very obvious, especially at highway speeds on bumpy roads (ie expansion joints on bridges). My problem turned out to be a very easy fix for the dealer. The windshield wash bottle was not correctly mounted inside the engine compartment. There was a service bulletin issued. Assuming yours is a more recent build, this is unlikely to be your problem but I thought I'd serve it up anyway. Good luck.

Oh yeah, sorry.:o One strut was making a "clunk" sound when unweighted going over a speed bump, etc. Dealer determined it was the passenger side strut but decided to replace them both.
