Audio: Line Level Converters

I am interested in adding amp and amplified sub to my RL. I have a small amp I am going to run my mids and highs with from a previous system. I've looked at JL's Cleansweep, Rockford's 3sixty, Audio Control's unit as well and my question is; is there any high quality, audiophile grade, someone inexpensive line level converters out there that is comparable quality to the above described units?

speaker level to line level converter, right?

One way is to get a hold of an amp that can take speaker level signals. Other than that, check out the above thread for link to David Navone's site.
