2004 Accord question

The war commisioner has a 2004 Accord. The controls on the steering wheel don't light up at night. I noticed it but never really gave it much thought until I noticed that mine do on the RL. Are they supposed to light up at night?:)

I had an 2003 Accord EX, and no, the controls on the steering wheel didn't light up in that model year, so maybe not in 2004 either.

It is frustrating at first, but eventually I memorized where the controls were in the dark.

Apparently several Accord owners complained because in later years the buttons do light up. The steering-wheel mounted buttons on my mom's '06 Pilot still do not illuminate, though.

My wife traded her 04' accord in on her Pilot and hers' didn't light up so i say thats a no.

Own an '04 Accord V6. No backlighting on the steering wheel controls. You really do learn where the controls are but the RL's backlighting is still nice to have.

Yep the 04 Accord has the trip computer on the Nav system.:) Why not my RL:mad:
