MY truck is making a strange howling noise, this happens when the truck is turned off and lasts for approx 1 to 3 minutes.Any clue?

The only "Howling" I've heard usually happens when I pull-up and there are a lotta people around. The dirtly little beasts also gnawed on the spark plug wires. | |
