Ridgeline promotional blanket

Does anyone else have one of the black and red Ridgeline promotional blankets that were handed out to sales people when they introduced the Ridgeline?

I had two of them at one time, but now only have one. Glad I kept it, as I didn't have my Ridge at the time.

I did not unfold it, but it is black nylon type material on the outside, with red flannel/fleece material inside. It folds up into that nice little package with Ridgeline embroderied on the outside in Red.

I guess mine could be for sale, but it might be pricey, as the last one I sold went between $75 - $100.

Gulp! :eek: Just sold an order of 500 of the same blanket (with a more complex logo on it-not Ridgeline) for about $6 ea. Get 'em straight out of China.

Maybe we should all get together and order some with Ridgeline on there. Maybe the ROC logo?

Good thought! I am game, although I wonder if this should be an item sold by the ROC to raise funds. Perhaps there could be two orders if there is sufficient interest -- one with "Ridgeline" on it, the other with the ROC logo.

I tried to buy one off of EBay (starting price was about $20) but it was taken off auction for some reason. I haven't been able to find one since....

I have one. I was fortunate enough to slip into the Ride and Drive and received one. There were so many salespeople there who didn't even want one and left it behind. I wish I had though to ask them for theirs then I could have shared them with you guys.

I'd be interested in getting prices for ROC blankets, but I'd want to take orders before I place my big group order (just like we do for shirts). I don't want to get stuck with a lot of blankets and no buyers.

I'd be interested, but as long as we're personalizing them with a "ROC" logo... I'd want a different inner fleece color. I know... T Mac is saying under his breath, "Here we go! More ordering problems! Sheesh!" ;)

I'm tired of the old "red flannel/fleece look". I've attached a "rendering" of the fleece in black. Looks great!

As for the exterior nylon... that spaceage SILVER nylon might be cool (for someone in the ROC who I'll leave to your imagination). ;)

If ScottIN and TMAC, or whomever for that matter, work something out I would be interested in buying a blanket or two. I would also have no problem pre-paying, as I did with the ROC shirts. My max price would probably be $15-$20 per blanket.

If these are going to be offered, it would be nice to have these by September/October, in time for football season for those of us that trek to stadiums each weekend.

TMac already has the embroidery on file with someone, but I would be happy to recommend a good blanket, and then whoever has the emb. on file can order that blanket blank and sew it in house.

I would say getting a blanket done up in Gator orange and blue in time for the season wold be nice. But, who needs a blanket when the temp is 95 in the stands (120+ on the field) and the humidity is 85%.

I can hardly wait for football season.

These are pretty cool I wish we got one when we bought our ridge. We should get them color matching to our trucks with the "Ridgeline" embroidered in a nice contrasting color like for me a silver blanket with chrome or black lettering. We would definitely be in if the price is right....

Seems everyone complains I keep the A/C too cold. I swear I'm the only truck on the road where the passengers wear jackets in the heat of summer!

I'm with Jon on this idea. If we can keep the price as low as possible, these would be great to hand out to people as a welcome to the club. I'd buy a few too and keep them onboard.

Is anything happening with this idea? T Mac, I'm willing to purchase in advance but if you have us do that since this isn't something with sizes that vary, is there a way you could beef up the order to have some on hand? I think this is going to be a popular item, especially if the price is low.

It doesn't come with a bag but with a nice carry strap that velcros around it. She even made one special for 5Sdude.

How about some ROC Jackets ? Similar to the kind members at a VFW Post,or Baseball league would have. ROC design on one side,name on opposite side?
