Went to put my briefcase in the truck this morning, rear driver’s side, and noticed a towel on the floor was soaked? Lifted up the seat and found 2 wet boxes, and I had to return one of them  , can't imagine they will take that back now. Anyone else experience any issues with heavy rains? It rained pretty good over the weekend here in Jersey, and I didn't notice it on Saturday or Sunday, but then again it was the first time I opened the back door since Friday.

Sounds like a bad door seal. It should be covered under the warranty.
And yes some others have had this issue and dealer fixed no problems.
Actually I think it is caused by a small drain that gets accidentally plugged by the sound deadening material during assembly, either way dealer should fix.

Jefferson, there are 2 very well known causes of water in cabin. One of them is a TSB (Honda Service Bulletin 05-045) that your dealer will know about and perform the fix, no questions asked, and another that a member in this forum has discovered (a crack in the body seam behind the right rear window assembly) that you might need to talk your dealer into taking a look and then fixing.
