I have had 2 Dodge Rams (best domestic truck) and have loved them. I work at a Honda Dealership, and we are on our 2nd Odyssey (2005 EX). I was making fun of the Ridgelines when they first arrived here. We called them "crucks" you know, half car/half truck. Almost everyone in the shop owns a truck (3 Dodges, 1 GMC, 1 Chevy, 2 Fords, 2 Titans) and nobody took the ridgeline seriously. I didn't until we got a RT for our shop truck. My boss was out of town and said I could drive it for the weekend. It drove amazing. All I ever used my trucks for is Home Depot runs, and pulling a small bbq trailer set-up a few times a year for picnics, and once pulling a float in a parade. Nothing "major" if you know what I mean. After one weekend I realized the Ridgeline was perfect for what I need, and probably for what most people use a truck for. So, I am "ordering" a 07 RTX in dark cherry pearl. I can add alot of the "goodies" from totalled Pilots and Odys and Ridgelines as we get them. Working in a body shop has it's perks. Our Shop RT already has painted handles and mirrors, the compass mirror, the overhead with homelink and ambient light and tow package and roof rack by now. I will miss the leather in my Ram, but not enough to pay that much more for an RTL!

CJ,
I have had two Dodge trucks (Dakotas) in a row. I probably would have bought a third had we not run into the Ridgeline. Dodge is making some good stuff, but my wife is going to be the primary driver of the RL (I ride a Gold Wing for my main vehicle) and the leather, nav, dual climate control, etc., were just too excellent to pass up. I thought the Ridgeline was kinda ugly from the pics and the few I saw out here in the desert, but doggone it, you pop a roofrack and some running boards on, it looks pretty distinctive.

Not wishing misfortune on anyone, but hope you can find a few goodies to pop on your new truck out by the dumpster at the body shop.
