Hi new here to the ridgeline family. Just got my truck 2 days ago and after researching at all the other dealers, none come close to the ridge. Sad to say that my Wife traded her 2004 Honda Accord 2 door V-6 , Leather interior , Lip kit , XM radio, For my new Ridge. Thats why i love her...
Anyways what i need if any of you could help with pics on how to take off headlights of the ridge.reason being is to install HID's , that i removed from the Accord i don't want to mess things up by removing the wrong part..
again Thanks for the help

First off, congrats on your awesome purchase and welcome Midridge to the Ridgeline community!! Nice looking extras!

Regarding your request for pictures on how to take off the headlights... Do you mean just the filaments or the whole assembly? If you are simply replacing the bulbs, though I haven't had the need to do it on my ridge yet, replacing the bulbs on our Odyssey was a simple procedure of opening the hood and removing the bulb from behind. I believe there were even instructions in the owners manual.

Just keep in mind that installing HIDs on a car that didn't come with them is illegal in all 50 states...

JCH, Thanks for the compliments, i meant the whole lighting unit not just the bulb. im looking to remove the whole unit in order to make it easier to adapt the HID's , i dont want to spend a long time finding where the screws are.

Again thanks JCH

you have to remove the front nose, which requires about 15 plastic clips. once removed the headlight assembly removes with 2 bolts, 10mm socket will work. Oh yea, you have to disconnect the wires to the bulbs too.

I installed strobes in my headlights. they came out nice, but i had a horrible time drilling the headlight. there is an outter shell that is molded with an inner shell. after drilling, i also had to rig up a vaccum tube in order to remove all the shavings from drilling.

Madridge,
If FredMez is correct and you need to remove the front, you can follow my "Accessory Grill Install (http://www.ridgelineownersclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2395&highlight=accessory+grill+install)" to get you thru the removal process.

You are the man.... THANKS for that detail headlight removal. i am going to follow your instructions once i get the rest done. I just got my truck back yesterday after a week of agony. i took my truck to the dealer to have the XM installed, and the loaner i got was a Pilot. Now tomorrow im going to the tint shop to have the film installed, hopefully by tomorrow i will receive the H4 adapters i order on E-Bay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H4-9003-to-D2S-D2R-Adapters-for-Philips-HID-bulbs-OEM_W0QQitemZ270005603662QQihZ017QQcategoryZ36476Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

On Sunday i should be able to put my HID's
