rgs454 07-05-2006, 01:23 PM I purchased my Ridgeline from Honda of the Avenues,Jacksonville,FL.Among many other dealer policies,when I asked the salesman to go over some of the features he said no. The truck was delivered dirty,no one seemed familiar with Honda products,the muffler was disconnected from the rear hanger. I have a competing dealer offering to help with my questions. Beware! Maybe it's due to the "newness" of their facility - - when I bought mine in April they weren't open. I got great service from Coggin Honda in Jacksonville. Also had really good experience with Coggin Honda in St Augustine who did a couple of warranty repairs (fixed water leak and fixed auto door unlock). Now that you have the truck, you can go to any dealer for service. Enjoy the ride.......I know I am. outtaline 07-06-2006, 02:09 PM Coggin screwed me around in Vero/ Ft Pierce Florida so I went to Rick Case in Davie. Prior to going to Rick Case I called American Honda and ate Coggin a new one!!! Coggin had my deposit and never could get the truck, even after playing the salesgal will call ya right back... yeah right. You are the one with the bucks and you are in charge. Walk out on the sorry ^sses. If you just vbought the truck, tell them you are going to pitch a fit with American Honda(good luck as they don't seem to care either) and see if they won't make things right and offer you some merchandise.
