Hello everybody,

Hope everybody is doing great.

I have a COLLECTORS ITEM AMAZON GREEN RL.

The evolution process is almost complete. My RL has evolved from the basic RL with moon roof to an accessorized beast. Next week I’ll be installing the last of my accessories for the truck, rear chrome trim and an infrared night-vision camera. The only other accessory that I would like to have is the ZL1 style chrome nerf bars. They are basically the “wheel to wheel” nerf bars.

Here is the link to the nerf bars I want:

The problem is, I’m a soldier in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany. The only way I can get items into country at domestic shipping rates with out paying a 26% German tax and then import tax is through the United States Postal Service. The Nerf bars cost around 179 dollars. Fed-ex and UPS want around 250 dollars for international shipping not including the taxes. No brainer there :D

My question is, does anybody know exactly how big these things are, do both come in a single box, can they be repacked in seperate boxes to meet USPS spec or is there a company out there that can somehow get them to me?

The below link is what USPS will ship:

If anybody could measure the nerf bars or know of any ideas on how to get them over here, I would be much appreciated. ;)

Thanks in advance for everybody’s help,

James
