New Port Richey..

Ok.. Who lives in new port richey, or close by.. I saw a ridge with the side fillers and an ROC sticker in the back window driving down main in new port richey, florida.. I think it was saturday around 4:30 - 5pm.. There was a huge festival going on.. :) So who were you!!??!??
