Hello everyone,
I just recently found these forums, and I've been doing a lot of reading. Lots of great info!
We recently had our Ridge out on a 4WD dirt road at about 10,000 feet. On the ascent, the A/T Temp warning light went on a number of times. As the manual instructed, I pulled over and let it cool down before continuing.
The road was fairly tough, but not extreme. The truck was jumping in and out of 4WD quite a bit, but but it seems to me that pulling a trailer (like many of you do) would put more stress on on the transmission than this.
I am going to have the dealer check it out, but I was wondering if anyone has run into this?
Thanks!
