Good after noon everybody!
Any of you ridgeline guru's familiar with the removal of the R/L Front door panels?
Just thought I would ask before blindly diving in.
Pics would help if possible.

Thanks

Search ROC for "door speakers" and you'll find at least one link with step-by-step and pictures.

It's easy. You just need to be very careful that the plastic clips that hold the panel on do not break off. They are very fragile. I broke a few of mine but the panel does not rattle....yet.
All you need is a panel popper tool, a #2 phillips screwdriver and a 7mm nut driver. Any plugs you need to unplug will only plug back into the same place.

Just wanted to thank you guys for the help.
I successfully removed the door panels w/out damage.
Hopefully the reinstall will go as smoothly...

Late to the party, but this from another thread:

From the June 2006 Honda Service News:

A Better Way to Detach and Reattach the Front Door Panel
Removing or installing the front door panel on a
’06
–07 Ridgeline? Although pages 20-7 and 20-8 of
the ’06–07 Ridgeline S/M tell you exactly how to
do it, we’ve gotten some reports of damaged door
panels (pieces broken off, broken welds, stress
marks, splits in the material) where it looks like
the damage happened when detaching the panel
from the door.

In response, we’ve come up with a better way to
detach and reattach the front door panel without
the risk of damaging it. Keep in mind these steps
apply only when you’re actually ready to detach
or reattach the panel (that’s steps 6 and 8 of the
S/M procedure). For complete removal and
installation instructions, follow all of the steps in
the S/M.

Detaching the Front Door Panel
NOTE: Although the S/M tells you to use the KTC
trim tool set (or a commercially available trim pad
remover),
don’t use those tools. Use your hands
instead.

1. Starting at the lower front corner of the door
panel, carefully pull back on the panel until
you’ve detached all the lower retaining clips.

2. While lifting straight up, pull the lower door
panel away from the door to release the panel
from the rest of the retaining clips and the
door frame. Be careful not to stretch the wires
or damage any of the connectors.
Reattaching the Front Door Panel
1. Make sure all the electrical connectors are
plugged in.

2. Position clip A over the mounting hole in the
door. Press down firmly with your hand until
the clip snaps into place
3. Position clip B over the mounting hole in the
door. Press down with your hand to snap the
clip into place.
4. Make sure the remaining clips are lined up
with their mounting holes, then use your hand
to snap them into place.

Humm I guess ppl are thinking the 'tool' is all it takes to remove it. But I tend to think, taking your time as well, will ensure a smooth removal.
