I got my new RL RTS (silver) last weekend, July 1st. Unfortunately, it's already back at the dealership for the 2nd time ! I got home alright, but the first time I went on a drive the next day, the red SRS light went on. The first time they changed the driver's belt buckle (that's what the code reportedly said). It did not help - light still on, still the same code. They checked all the wires, and now they are ordering the same part again.
I had already put my old truck of 175000 miles up for sale, now I took the sign off the way things are going...
The RL drives like a dream - for the short time I had it. I just hope they get it fixed soon. Wish me luck !
I have seen a few other silver RL in Santa Clara lately, but it's still a rare (but very welcome) sight.

Update: I got my RL back on Saturday, and finally the issue appears to be fixed ! They had to replace the driver side belt buckle twice, go figure.

Hi Tommy,
Even the highest rated Honda’s and Toyota’s have their problems. Actually, anything that is dependant on human intervention is prone to having issues. The good thing is that you are in good hands and I believe they will fix your truck. Congrats on your new RL and welcome to the family. Here you will find a ton of great info regarding the Ridgeline. We all wish you luck in getting back into your new RL.

Thanks ! Since they fixed it, I haven't had any more problems yet, and I'm very happy with my RL. This forum is truely great - it already helped me before I bought the RL (prompted me to do price research), and it greatly helps now.

Hi Big Ridge,
what color is your RL ? I work at Applied Materials, not far away (Scott/Bowers), so maybe we'll see each other's RL now and then.

Any of you guys travel 101 North to work? Often my husband takes me in the commute lane. I honk at every Ridgeline I see...which irks the heck out of him.
Anyone get a honk from a Black RL in the commute lane lately? That would be us M-F at about 7:00 AM.

I got a honk from a Black RL in the #1 (fast lane) this past weekend (Christmas Eve I think), but it was in SF. The driver and passenger waved. I woulda waved back, but I had to make a turn right when he waved. It was at nite tho. 7pm or so? 6pm maybe?
While it was in SF, I saw him while I was driving back from San Jose. It was on the 280 tho. I'm not quite sure when I first saw it, but it was somewhere in btw SF and San Jose. I guess he noticed me checking his truck out. I was wondering if he was a ROC member so I'm glad he honked and waved even tho I didn't get a chance to wave back.
I gotta honk and a thumbs up from a guy in a silver Ridge as I was pulling out of the Chevron at camden/bascom on New Years eve. I replied accordingly :D as he drove on by. Gotta love the ridge, even as more get on the road it's nice to see everyone still excited about owning one.

Codex57...Lincoln a few hours away from the Bay Area. I was thinking of setting up a Sacramento Meet and Greet. It's a new year. What do you think?

Sure, I'd try to make it. I think there are a few of us out here.
