Is this a good deal?

I'm negotiating with a couple of local dealers on a '07 RTL/NAV in Dark Cherry Pearl. I asked 6 dealers for a quote with the following options:
Running Boards
Trailer Hitch and Harness
Front and Rear Chrome Bumper Trim

MSRP with the options and destination is $36,902. So far the cheapest quote is $32,600, which is $4302 off MSRP. Sounds close to the best I'm going to get?

To give you an idea. I paid $31,000 for a '06 RTL/Nav with running boards and a bed extender.

DEALERS GONNA PLAY U HARD AS THEY KNOW PEOPLE WANTING THE 07 THIS TIME OF YEAR. WHILE HONDA DOES NOT HAVE THE INCENTIVE LIKE THE OTHER CAR MAKERS, THE DEALERS DO GET KICKBACK FROM HONDA FOR THEMSELVERS. WHEN A DEALER I MAKING U A DEAL WHAT HE IS DOING IS PASSING ALONG SOME OF THIS . FOR EXAMPLE I WENT TO DEALERS TO GET MY 06 RTL WITH MOONROOF AND NAVI 35200 FIRM ALL DEALERS. THEN I USED AUTOSOLUTIONS WHICH IS A BROKER IN THE PACIFIC NW TRHAT DEALS WITH THE CREDITUNIONS AND THAT CHANGED. I WAS DOWN TO 30K THEN FOR 34500 I GOT FOG LIGHTS, WINDOW AND MOONROOF VISORS, LUGGAGE RACK SYSYTEM, TOW PACKAGE AND HARNESS, FENDER FLARES, IPOD CONNECTOR, STORAGE SYSTEM PLUS INSTALL FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDED. MINE CAME FROM PLANT WITH 9 MILES AND IT WAS LOAD BOYED TO ME AT THE BANK THE BROKER CONTACTED THE DEALERS IN 2 STATES AND SAID I HAVE A CUSTOMER, HE IS FINACED AND WHO WANTS TO $$$$ NUFF SAID. GET QUOTES IN WRITING IF U ARE DOING THJIS URESELF AND THEY THEY BID TO MOVE THTA UNIT. CASE AND POINT ALL THE DEALERS ONCE THEY FOUND OUT WHAT I WAS GETTING ALL OF THEM WRE WILLING TO BE THAT OFFER BY 200-600 DOLLARS BUT I PLACED MY ORDER WITH THE ORIGINAL BEST DEAL AS THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!!

I am picking up my Deep Cherry Pearl '07 RTL/NAV on Saturday. I had a hell of a time getting what I think was a good deal. Several dealers quoted me '06prices "by mistake" to get me in the door. Bait and switch. Finally got one for a couple hundred under invoice + accessories. I hate shopping for cars.
