Was I supposed to receive a navigation DVD when I took delivery of my Ridgeline? I asked the dealer and all I received was a shrug. The owner's manual states that a replacement DVD is available but I would like to know where my original is.
Is there a separate DVD slot somewhere and the disc is already in it?

Their is a DVD player under the drivers seat that holds the nav cd, it should be already installed. Try to use it if you see nothing on the screen than the nav DVD is not in the player under the seat.

Thanks for that tidbit, Fastrack. It will come in handy when it's time to upgrade the DVD. I hope they add more information about Canada.

Thanks for your quick responses. I looked under the driver's seat and there was the drive with a DVD installed. It is amazing how little the dealers know about their product.

Thanks for the "heads up", or rather "look under the seat" note. I just received an updated DVD and wasn't getting anywhere with hondanavidiscs@alpine-usa.com
