I'm starting the purchasing dance for an '07 RTL.... starting @ $30,950

In NY state there does not seem to be any incentives offered at this time for the '07 models....
Some basic internet reseach indicastes (including 550 destination cost);
NADA = invoice of 30,211 & msrp 33,490
Kelly BB = invoice 30,211 & msrp 33,490
Edmunds = invoice not available, but TMV 31,299 & msrp 33,490

Note: Not included in these prices, but some options (priced through NADA); roof rack 299, towing pkg 545, rear splash guards 65, & moonroof visor 85.

I attempted to obtain a invoice price report from Consumers Reports over the internet, but the '07 Ridgeline is not yet available. I called and they indicated to try again after Friday, as that is when they receive updates.

I have received one quote so far (with no negotiation process yet at this time) of $30,950
This is without any of the options listed and due to limited interaction having taken place, not sure but assume it includes the destination costs.
I will also plan to try and negotiate above options to be added.

Comments from others who have purchased or have looked into prices on an '07 RTL? (preferably purchasing experiences in NY state, but all are welcome to chime in :) !!

The honda clearance on 06's ends on monday i believe. Pricing on the 07's will obviously be higher b/c there are no factory to dealer cashback incentives on 07's, nor are there any decent APR's if you're looking to finance it. I just bought my 06 two days ago and decided on an 06 b/c I just got soo much more for so much less and got a low APR. Dealer cashback + low APR=the win!!!

There's not gonna be a whole lot of wiggle room on the 07 pricing b/c the dealers are literally taking delivery of them next week.

got my 07 RTL M/R for 32,000 included a trailer hitch. Prob paid a little much but got tired of hangin at the dealership and just wanted to drive. But if you consider the trailer hitch came out to about 31,300 to 31.500 depending on what they charge in your area. I felt it was fair.:p

Thanks for the cost comparison..... the quote i received seems to be pretty much in line.
I hate to ask a stupid question, but what is M/R (RTL M/R) ?

RTL M/R = RTL with Moon Roof. Good luck on your purchase.

I've gotten 2 internet quotes so far for 30,800 and 31,200 for a 2007 RTL...

both are plus fees, tax, tag, title

(fees for one are $475 and the other were undisclosed respectively)

Just received another quote for a 2007 RTL with 3,000 off msrp = ~30,500 (includes dest. chg.). This seems to be a pretty good deal at approx. 300 over invoice (from what i can tell looking at Edmunds etc. The 2007 model is not yet available through Consumers Reports car pricing).

From reading this and other Ridgeline threads, I understand that the 2000 Honda provided incentatives to dealers is still in effect (though if i understand correctly this is for only the 2006 models, not 2007). I was also told by one of the dealers that Honda updates these offers on Tuesdays (it would be great even if they add APR's for the 2007 models).

Question/suggestions;
Once a price quote seems to be good (for quote vs. invoice) any ideas on best way to work at increased savings related to honda/dealer incentaives without turning the interaction too sour...? I suppose this is specific to each dealer and therefore difficult to answer, just thought i would throw the question out for comments:) I was contimplating the next move to add a few options (such as tow hitch etc) trying to get them at cost and/or without labor for instalation....
