Hello all,

i'm new to the forum and let me start off by saying Thank You! I have been lurking around for a couple of weeks and have found this forum to be an excellent source of info on the Ridgeline.

I was at my local dealership getting some service done on my wife's Pilot when I decided to take a look at the Ridgeline. I test drove an 06 RTS and the lowest price i could get out of them was 26,500 w/dest. not including TTL. Carsdirect has the RTS listed at 26,200 and I have read other posts indicating that it's possible to get a price even lower than CarsDirect.

I'd like to know what everyone thinks. is this a good deal?

Thanks.

I paid a little less but the 06's may be about sold.I would ask for the hitch,4 flaps, bug deflector, window vents, then I would say yes.The hitch being most expensive of these acc.Look for an April or May build date of 2006.

You will like the truck, milage could be better.

Took delivery last week (RTS) for $25,300. Included destination, wheel locks and mud guards.

Started looking about a month ago and could only get down to 27,100. That dealer said they would not trade for another color are that price. So I called about 4 local dealers to see what colors and prices they had. To my supprise I found a blue one about $1000 less. After another week of tryign to get the price down I settled on 25,300 and $300 more for my trade.

It all depends on how bad you want it. I could have walked away form the RTS becasue I did not NEED to get it. That really makes a difference when trying to get the price down.

I'm in South Florida and noticed that the cardirect South Florida price was about $1000 more than many other cities e.g. Atlanta..so I used the Atlanta Cardirect price as my guide and finally came away with a RTS 06 last saturday here in Sunrise Florida for $25,159...I was very please with the price :)
So shop around a few dealers, there maybe end of month motivation and end of model year incentives out there..

I just bought online 06 Steel Blue RTL (s/r) with 12K miles for $25,999.(plus tax title and $350 dealer fee) included Honda accesories : running boards, bed extender, bra, towing package, roof rack, xm activated. I bought it about 450 miles outside my area because the local deals (less than 200 miles) were about 4-5K more with or without accesories....it seemed a good deal ...when I picked it up it was like new (only three small scratches, no smokers)...I noticed on the 7 hours back the windshield whistle (xm and the subwoofer solved that problem home) and will watch the TSB issue about the water (thanks for the info from the site :) )....Before the purchase i called the dealer and he was aware of the wind shield but not the water. I have a 02 Odessey and they have a good service dept to work with so I felt comfortable and my prevous vehicle was a 98 Land Rover Discovery...service can only get BETTER ...Happy Trails Ridgeliners
