06 Ridge, excellent maintenance. 42,000 miles no off road. Slowing down under 20 mph a squeaking rubber bushing sound in the right rear, only on braking will it do it. Took by the dealer and they say loose spare, OK. Took out spare and still does it. To me it sounds like a u-joint going bad.
Any one else have/had this issue.

Rock stuck between rotor and caliper?
If it is right rear it would be a cv joint other than a u joint.

Will be at 34k by end of week and no similar problem here. I'd go back to the dealer, or try another dealer, if there are multiple in your area.

Wife's Accord does same thing, only on slow breaking. Hers wont do it if it's real wet out, like the H2O lubricates it or something. Dealer and I both unsuccesfull figuring it out??? Keep us posted if you do.
Thanks. I will keep you up to date.
Well!!! After 2 dealers fail to fix the issue and tell me not to worry that all is good! I have decided to get rid the Ridgeline. Thanks for all the answers on issues in the past and good luck. Great truck just not happy with a lack of answers on problems from mfg. See ya on the road.
