Memorable Anniversary Weekend

On Friday July, 28th, My wife and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary.
We usually go out for a nice dinner, and maybe go to a movie...This year we celebrated with several NEW friends at the poker run and dinner at the Buckeye Hall Of Fame Cafe.

My Ridgeline is by far her biggest threat. hehe kidding of course... about her shooting me that is. Heidi Klum is her biggest threat but like THAT would ever happen... :cool:

Our wedding anniversary is a week before Christmas, so it usually does not involve anything extravagant because its just too close to the holiday to travel (family is nearby :eek: ).

And, with the kids so young (almost 5, 6 1/2), they are too young to dump them on someone...uh....visit family I mean. They are a handful.

Guess we will have to wait until they are off to college or something, then plan a cruise. That will be closer to the 25 year anniversary mark I suppose.


Anyway...Congrats!! Nice to see the institution still at work!!

I told my wife about the Ridgerun that weekend....She asked me if I wanted to go. I left it up to her, she was OK with it and said it would be out of the ordinary, but might be fun. We both feel like we made some new friends, and had a nice dinner with them.

I can't believe you guys, if my wife would let me go. Who are the men here you don't need permission to do anything, just do it.
