When I took mine in, the RL on the showroom floor was the same way, but on the driver's side rear door.

Supposedly the cabin is vented out the cab behind the rear seats. The service guy commented that Honda may have to make those vents bigger on next year's model. Looks like it may be a matter of 1st year's remorse.

I agree, I have the same issue. Its a cabin pressure thing. By shutting the door the air in the cabin is being compressed and there is inadequate ventilation to allow the compressing air to escape fast enough.

i noticed that when i flipped the rear seats up, the doors closed more easily. i think the armrests on the side are hitting/compressing the seats. i didn't check it out from the inside.

I noticed the back doors today didn't close all the way when I picked up my son at the afterschool program. Good thing the sensor tells me thier open and which ones at that! Love that feature!
