Cool Tonneau Covers

Just picked my new '07 (Nimbus Grey) from a local Canadian dealer (Alberta) and looking to add a tonneau cover (hard or soft).

Any ideas on sites that offer and ship into Canada would be greatly appreciated?

Re: Tonneau Covers

I have a BakFlip, ordered it directly from bakfliptonneaucover.com, and got it no problem via UPS. No duty, just the usual sales tax payable when it is delivered. Easy to install, and pretty water-proof (added some silicone and will add it in a few more spots when the weather warms up).

What did you do for a locking mechanism? I talked with one local vendor and they sell these tops but explained that I would need some sort of locking mechanism worth about $100. Does Honda offer a locking tailgate?

Price installed from this vendor was $900.

Wink Re: Tonneau Covers

Saw this thread and if anyone is still interested, as displayed under ROC specials from our Sponsors & Advertisers, the RealTruck.com offer of 10% OFF ALL TRUCK BED TONNEAU COVERS FOR THE HONDA RIDGELINE is still valid. When ordering, as stated, Enter or Mention Coupon Code: TNC.

***You also get a free real truck t-shirt but watch out when placing the order online as the cost of shipping went up after adding the t-shirt and surprisingly, the additional shipping cost was the cost of the t-shirt itself... My advice, place the cover in your cart first, see how much shipping is then place the t-shirt in your cart and make sure shipping remains the same (or less)...

Currently, the Bak Flip Bak Hard Folding Truck Bed Tonneau Cover can be had for $663.03 plus whatever shipping is to your neck of the woods. Paid some buck$ to ship it here to Hawaii, price you pay for paradise, I guess...

If any of you plan to vacation here (on the island of Oahu), let me know, I need a favor to have you bring a Protecta Heavy Weight bed mat as one of your luggage... Cost to ship the mat to Hawaii exceeds the cost of the mat itself...

Aloha all!

Re: Tonneau Covers

Hey all, with that BakFlip cover, how easy is it to take it completely out and even though they have a picture of the trunk in the bed, how far does it really open? Thanks!

Re: Tonneau Covers

Not sure but there have been a few posts that the Retrax and BakFlip are better.
