Mt. Baker (WA) Sledding

Ran some of the kids up to Mt. Baker for some sledding today. Snowing all the way up the mountain, Ridge did great. Baker has 150" at the base right now. Sledding bowl is not far from that.

Thought y'all might like some snaps...

Re: Mt. Baker (WA) Sledding

It looks like a fun day. It's nice to have a RL in snowy weather. No pics of the kids sledding?

Yes, even the furry kind.

That's better!

Re: Mt. Baker (WA) Sledding

That's the kind of place I am looking for in lower New York State area to take my kids sledding. Of course, a little less snow will be accepted. Anyone know of such a place for snow sledding?

Re: Mt. Baker (WA) Sledding

what a hoot. any amount of time spent with your kids is to be treasured. they grow up and move out, you get old and die (hopefully you get old first)!! when my kids were in school we spent a lot of time at Mt Baker.

Absolutely. Saw a black RL up there, thought it might be you Altamont. Half expected to see you going down the sledding hill in a Kayak...
