Re: Hooks for grocery bags, BADLY needed
I removed the screws that hold the rear seat cushions and replaced them with crome coat hooks. This works great. You need longer screws and be sure to fill the cavity space with washers. This will pull the seat cushion tight and not cause the plastic to crack.

Schoenig: I drilled a new hole in the center the size of the screw for the seat. I do not remember the size but, if you take the original to the hardware store they can tell you. It is metric.

Re: Hooks for grocery bags, BADLY needed
Schoenig: I cut a piece of 3/8 copper tubing to take up the space and serve as a backup. This ensures that there is no pressure on the plastic seat bottom.
