Yeah, the locking thing is weird. I've never heard of that. If I stop the car and it locks, it's cuz I pushed the lock button.

The seatbelt thing does beep continuously though. I haven't had it stop on my own, but that's cuz I don't travel too far before I either shut the car off or put the seatbelt on.
