Here and at the forum over at Edmunds, it seems that many dealers are giving up on the idea of MSRP.
Could be that the "second full month of sales at 3,365" will not make the 50,000 units Honda wants to sell 12 x 3,365 = 40,380. It would seem that the sales by month would be highest the first few months. Maybe there are some deals to be had (-:
