Re: Lets see some pics of your custom wet okoles seatcovers?

I have seen a few of these covers installed on Tacomas (I am currently a Tacoma owner lurking around here debating on buying a Ridge) and they did not seem to fit as good and tight as they do in these pics. I lost my interest in the covers until now.

Question for the people who have had these covers for a while. Do they stay as tight after they have been on for a while with normal use?

I have my covers for a year now and I can say that the heaters still work just fine if not better. The heat seems to go thru the whole seat and you don't feel any hotspots. Takes slightly longer but since you are not sitting on leather, the seats are not as cold to start with.

Re: Lets see some pics of your custom wet okoles seatcovers?

fire730...If the examples that you have seen did not fit good and tight, they probably weren't installed correctly. The Ridge is the 4th vehicle that I have had the Wet Okoles on...and they fit perfectly on every single vehicle...4Runner with sport package seats included.

jhawker...i don't know about the light gray...but the charcoal is a pretty good match to my gray interior (see post #5). The light gray was too light IMHO...and would get dirty faster.

I need to get my butt over to a Honda dealership to see how I fit in one. I am 6'7 275lbs so it may be a tight fit. I don't have any problems with my Tacoma but I do need more room. I need to make more vehicle room for my son. He is 19 mo and weighs 30lbs and is 33" tall.

Thanks. I think so too but I am a little biased. Can't wait until he is old enough to help in the garage.

fire730--noticed you are in a Tacoma now. I was too (06 dbl cab) and drove the RL because I thought it was too "homely" to drive! Bad move because now I think it is beautiful and love the ride in comparison. Doesn't turn quite as sharp though. Much safer for your son too.

Not enough. The Pediatrician says he needs to gain some more weight.

ToyTruck - How does the RL compare in interior size to your old Tacoma. Mine is an 1st gen DC. I have never even been in a 05-up Tacoma to even compare it to my 03 as far as interior room.

It should only take a few days for them to come. I have most packages sent to my sisters Southern Maryland address as I stay there a few times a week to visit or to look after her house when she is away or stays here in DC to work. I gave Wetokle my home address in DC & that one for shipping. They sent the swatches to that address so my sister did not bring the letter with swatches in it untill the next weekend when she came to my house. She said the letter had been there.
