If you ordered them online, they didn't get the order. I had the same problem. Phoned them and got the swatches in about 5 days.

This might be a dumb question, but does the seat covers have anything to do with hindering the performance of the air bags in the seat? Or is the psi so strong, it does not matter? Thanks.

Nope - Check out their site. They have a video that shows the side airbag deployment.....

Do you have a link for the video? I checked the site but I couldn't seem to find anything on it. I've been thinking about getting a set of okoles for the RL and my wife's Expy. My hang up has been making sure the covers didn't interfere with the side airbag deployment since it is such an important safety feature.

Just thought I would mention in case any others in Canada were interested. I emailed them and asked if they will ship to Canada. The answer was yes and 65$ is the shipping cost for a set to Alberta.
