Better interior storage design than a Ridgeline?

After living with my RL now for a little while and having had chance to get more familiar with the interior space, I continue to be amazed by just how well designed and thought out the interior of the RL is!

The amount of storage space, organizers, pockets, shelves, trays, cubby holes etc etc is just amazing. And they all are very well thought out. Those along with the huge interior space, the fold up back row seats, the huge flat floor, and of course the in-bed trunk, has to make the Ridgeline one of the best vehicles on the market when it comes to interior storage space.

Can anyone think of a better designed interior when it comes to storage?

No, but my wife's Odessey was pretty good with the underfloor storage and 20 some cup holders.

Nope... The flat floor is my favorite interior design feature.... Thanks rear differential, independent suspension, and VTM system...

The ONLY small thing I'd do in the backseat area is raise up the floor a bit so it is truly flat. I'd also have a small fold down arm rest from the bottom of the seat for the 40 portion of the 60/40 folding rear seats.

I love the interior design when it comes to the placement of storage areas, but I'm not too keen on some of the switch placements.

I am always amazed at the fact that cupholders are used as a selling feature. Even more so when people want four or more cup holders for the two front seat occupants. When I worked in Sweden, I was amazed to see that most cars did not have cup holders. When I asked my Swedish co-worker why, he replied thata vehicle is not a dinning room, makeup room, or conference room.

Tow cup holders in the front and four in the back aren't enough (For a five person vehicle)?

Edit: Sorry Eagle wasn't picking on you. I was reading the past posts and cam across your after I posted my cup holder rant

I couldn't agree more. But, I have to point out that your Swedish co-worker lives where folks can actually walk to accomplish many of their daily tasks. And, I would suspect that the average person does not spend as much time in a vehicle as us "civilized" Americans.

I would have to disagree to some extent here. They do walk where possible. However, while there, we spent a lot a driving time on the local roads. Also figured out that they know how to drive cooperatively as opposed to combatively.

I don't have a problem with the number of cup holders in the front....I'm just not a huge fan of the design of those two cup holders....more of a minor thing for me.

LOL, I agree as a lot of our members have complained about them. The only problem I have had was when I put a coffee cup in that had a littl stickyness (sp?) on the outside and one of the pedals stuck to it and I had damage the pedal just a little (small tear) to get a drink. Other than that I have had zero issues with them.

Oh yeah, my youngest played "she loves me, she loves me not" witht he pedals in the back arm rest cup holders $29 and a short lecture and we were back to like new
