Navi to include maps for the whole USA

If you try getting the US DVD take care that you get the same version. I remember reading that the newer versions don't allow you to go backwards. You can't get it to read the earlier DVD once it's loaded into your player.

There is a way to get into the diagnostic screen for the navi and force download the software from an older version dvd. I don't know why anyone would want to do that though.... unless they were switching the navi DVD in their own truck with a newer version out of another vehicle... and wanted their "old" disc to work in the other vehicle....
