Re: Complaint about coat hooks

I wear shorts every day to work, year around (except when I'm traveling out of state to a client) and I have several circular slide rules, a regular slide rule (slipstick), and a pocket protector. And I know how to use each! And I was a hippie!

Re: Complaint about coat hooks

Ummmmm. I think I may have a solution to this problem.

This is a stretch but here it goes.....

Use metal coat hangers!!!!

Hint: I had heard that dry cleaning establishments had cornered the market on metal coat hangers but this might just be a rumor. They will however, part with a few to the average consumer for some outrageous price like 3 cents.

Here is a second solution and it is an even bigger stretch. Go to the hardware store, buy the biggest and strongest key ring that they sell and hang the key ring on the hook and then hang the plastic hangers on the key ring.

Here's a 3rd solution. Write a letter to Honda every day for the next 5 years and hope that they take your concern into consideration fix this problem on a newer generation of the Ridgeline and pray for a retrofit kit for your by then, old and beat up truck. Until then, thow your clothes on the floor of the truck and be mad about it.

PS. I keep my slide rule on my desk at work where everyone can see it. Most of the folks who work for me have never seen one or know what it is.

LOL ! I've since misplaced mine, but I recall once, someone asked me why I had such a thick ruler & if it was for doing straight lines with large highlighters!
