Question HU Screws

Does anyone have the screw size/type for the 5 that hold the head unit to the dash? I dropped one last time when I installed an adaptor. At the time, I didn't have time to run to the store. I want to pick up a replacement, but don't want to take the dash apart 2x - once to get the screw and then again to put it in.

Thanks
Kevin

Re: HU Screws

Not sure why you would have to take it apart twice. Take it apart once...go to the hardware store replace screw and put it back together. Am I missing something? I know this does not help you...I just don't know what the screw size is.

Re: HU Screws

Need to put the dash on to drive to the store. Out of an abundance of caution, I disconnect the battery when I take the dash off. Only one vehicle at the moment.

Re: HU Screws

You only need the dash on to turn your headlights on. Other than that all the other toys arent need to run to the store real quick

Re: HU Screws

Ok big problem for me. I went to install another accessorie on my HU and when i went to take out the HU the top screw fell down into the ac vent on the left. Ive tried to fish a magnet down there but apparently there are little screws on the back wall of the vent and the magnet hits it everything. So how in the world am I suppose to get that screw out?
