Yes, my pic's were with the USA Spec install. Pretty easy to install. For me, it took more time to route the cable than to install the adapter. Good luck..

I know I'm not the one you asked....

I set mine for hybrid (New version of Playlist mode) and mounted it with double sided tape in the space between the top of the cubby and the bottom of the head unit. There is a nice flat space there. It's a nice clean install.

It isn't as accessible as USA Spec probably things is optimal, but I could get at it with about 15 minutes of work if need be.

The new hybrid mode allows to either use the honda playlists and control the ipod through the factory head unit OR operate the ipod with the clickwheel. Pretty cool stuff. I didn't see why I really needed it to be mounted in a more accessible place like taking up space in the glove box.

Sorry...I didn't take any photos.

Steve

Please let us know how it works with your iPhone - I've been holding off getting one until I know how it works in the real world...

Another option is to mount it on the side of the stereo. There are four screws on each side of the stereo that attach it to the mounting brackets. Use two of the screws on the drivers side of the stereo to mount the iPod adapter to the stereo.

The most common installation is above the cubby, just beneath the stereo unit. I used industrial velcro strips with tie straps for extra strength for the long haul. See red arrow below.

I had my older USA Spec upgraded with the hybrid mode. It's a terrific upgrade.

Quick question...does everyone run the cable throught the box or is there another way of getting the cable to the dash?
