Re: Whistle noise... I found another cause

About a week after I got my RL I started hearing the whistle around 40MPH (like it said to check for in the checklist). Above and below that speed it tends to go away.

To me, it sounds like it's coming from the passenger side, rear area of the cab. I haven't looked into it yet since I'm getting ready to move, but I'll probably spend some time investigating when I settle. It's not bad -- but I know it's there.

No other noises yet....

I have the same whistle, only between 40-47 mph. I've had the 3rd brake light garnish/valence reattached and the noise remains. I may try some painters tape over the joint there and see if that truely is the cause.
