Any thoughts????
Do a google search for Acura of Peoria. There is an 800 number you can call for the parts department (I believe upper right area of home page). Ask for Lance. He knows what we are all doing with the key blanks. All of the parts are listed on the prior posts so you should be good to go. I ordered my before 12PM PST and I got an email with a tracking number 3 hours later. I should have the parts before the weekend. Wooohoooo!!

I posted a link to the webpage. What's the difference ?? They price the standard keys for the same $28, so could the part #'s be wrong ?? They also don't have any part # for the 2-button cover. Your thoughts ???

They are catching on already. Just checked the website listed and the mem 1 set is up to $60 I will keep looking to see if I can find a deal.

Does anyone know if the third button can be programmed for another function (remote start with the right mods?) (in bed trunk pop?)

Thanks, mugen1. I was on the verge of asking what the point was.

Looks like a switchblade...

I know back when I had my 97 Prelude I bought this relays unit from DEI that would let you program the extra buttons for a remote start off of your Honda key fob. I would hit the buttion 3 times and it would start my car up, I cant remember what was the part number but tomorrow when I get into work ill start calling my alarm guys and talk to them. I do remember it was 2 part unit and you had to have both together to work correctly, one was to accept the signal from the remote and one to bypass the immobilizer while you still are using the factory remote. I thought about using the trunk button to start my RL, that would be sweet.

Re: 07 TL key fob conversion (Flip key)

Guys and gals, I've found a website that still sells the TL switchblade key
P/N 35111-SEP-306 for $29.18 and for the RDX cover P/N 35118-STK-A01 for $8.69 here's the link

This is a better link. Nice find! For those interested in this mod, this price is definately the old price. As of October 1st, Honda increased the price of this part. As was evident with another dealership, the prices can change quickly. Simple answer...buy it now!!!

Re: 07 TL key fob conversion (Flip key)

Thanks bongus. I guess I got too excited. My total came out to $60.41 for the key and the RDX face plate with 2nd day shipping. This is going to be one of the best mod I've done for the Ridgeline. Thank you guys!

ahhhhhh that makes it all clear now. i wonder if the rdx has the mem seat thing.. because the biggest gripe me and my wife has is that there is no memory seats for her rdx. perhaps the answer is in the key
