If you have problems with the Navigation always going to the Diagnostic screen after loading an update DVD here's the fix:

When you start the truck and the diag screen pops up, wait a second. Then press the "talk" button on the steering wheel and speak. You should see a meter on the screen move. After that is done it dings, press the "back" button on the steering wheel. You should then be able to Exit out of the diag screen by pressing end or exit on the diag screen.
That's all there is to it.
