Does RT have sub woofer?

Does anyone know if the RT has the sub behind the rear seat? I thought I read somewhere that it didn't, but I can't seem to find it. Also, if I get one, is there a wire already back there to hook it up, or will I have to run one? Thanks for your help!

The RT/RTX models have no subwoofer. You will have to run your own cable; it's not part of the RT/RTX wiring harness.

I'm selling the subwoofer from my RTL (also the original equipment 160 watt stereo/XM radio).

To make a long story short, I put a new headunit in (for a backup camera) and it wouldn't power the subwoofer.

I had hoped to sell it here on the ROC -- this site is awesome and has helped me in countless ways -- but I haven't started the requisite number of posts to meet the requirements to list it in the Trading Post. So, sorry for the out of place post here, but I thought it might be of help to you.

Yes on both accounts. I locked the radio for shipping before I unplugged it from the battery. And I have the radio security card with the stereo.

I ended up going with the Kenwood DNX7100. It was close between it and one of the Pioneer units. The Kenwood is a little more difficult to learn to use, but the Garmin navigation built in is very well executed, and the iPod integration is really well done also.

I installed an aftermarket steering wheel control unit. All of the buttons work but there is a slight delay that takes a little getting used to.

It's not the best picture. Some people have gone to more trouble and painted the plastic that surrounds the stereo to match the dash. I considered it, but I think the black ties in with the black around the speedo/gauges. Or my wife was really ready for me to be done with this project by that point...
