Navi DVD

Can't get my Navi DVD to open/eject - car is on, light on DVD box is on, push the button - nothing happens. Am I missing something really obvious - or is there a problem with the door on my navi DVD box?

Are you pushing both buttons? The outside visible button at the upper right hand corner of the DVD opens the door.

There is a second "eject" button behind the door, also at the upper right hand corner.

The ignition switch can be in either the Accessory (I) or the ON (II) position.

If the eject button still doesn't work I would take it to your dealer.
