I have a Cingular 8525 Mobile PC which works great and a Samsung SCH c-417 which doesn't work as well because it can't synchronize it's phone book with the Parrot meaning that dialing out is a real pain.
Check the Parrot website to see if they have tested your phone and what they could do with it. Also make sure that you have the latest firmware for your phone. I used to have a Blackberry that needed an upgrade before it would communicate properly (nothing wrong with the Parrot at all).

I just had the 3200 installed on my phone (Palm centro) and it wasn't compatible like our other phone (iphone) where it automatically synced, but I called the Parrot help line and they walked me through how to sync the palm with it. It was really quick and everything transferred...I don't know if you tried to call them on your phone yet.
