Anyone know if there is a lift kit available?

I am looking to buy a lift kit. I want to put on some big ass mudders. I also want to get some 24" to fit for the summer. I like to go off-roading, but the clearance is a little low. I got my truck in Oct. of 07'. I have been out 5 or 6 times, following Jeeps and jacked-up Chevy's and Fords thru trails and up steep sand hills. I even get in the mud pit. My only draw back is height. Remember, I am still using the stock wheels and tires, and I keep up pretty good. I cant imagine how well it would do with the proper tires. Well, spring is coming and I want to be ready, any help would be great. Thanks.

Go to the off roading forum and look for lift kit. Jamminjim's RL is what your probley interested in. Dont think you can get much more lift and wheel/tire on a Ridgeline than what he has without some MAJOR cutting. Dont think you'd want to run 24's off roading. Better off buying a POS to do your mudding.

I'm interested in doing the same. However they only make a 2" lift for the ridge, but with a big wheel/tire combo you can probably get 4"-5" lift with the kit.

Re: Anyone know if there is a lift kit available?

I mentioned in the other forums... there are 2 kits offered but only 1 offered that will not impact ride quality. Either way they are both 2" I went with the Truxxx kit and installed BFG A/T 265/70 on the R17's. Let me tell you there is no way you're getting any bigger without changing or altering the current front Strut perch. Right now even with modifying the Firewall (removing the 1/4" tabs from the stitch weld) will you get any larger than 31.7" in overall diameter. Beware of the fuel consumption drop and remember that Honda didn't gear our trucks to run mudders or 33x12.5 Pro Comps. just my $ 0.02... I also forgot to mention all said and done with my combination I have a total increased clearance of 3.1" your fender gap will increase to 5.5" from the original 4.5" It's ashame Honda didn't give us more clearance to the Strut Perch.

Can you elaborate more on the 1/4" tabs? Where are they? Do you have pics?

Thanks man!
