Hello fellow ROC-Heads. I just got home with the next batch of sills.
“drdk” and “panguard” had ordered “Short-Slots” standard version and “Jaiden” has a “Short-Slots” version with custom engraving. The forth one is a “one-off” pre-production prototype of the Special Edition Ridgeline owners club version for T-mac! I’ve got a little more hand work to do but it looks really cool! Photos of this prototype to follow. These sills will be dropped off at the new powder-coating supplier on Monday. ROC members may PM me anytime with special requests and pay-pal info.

Looks like it will soon be time to have another meet w/ Jaiden so I can see those sills in person! He and his lovely wife will love having those added to their Ridge! He will be the envy at his place of work

Thank you all for the kudo’s! I have more surprises on the way and I should have some time to actually machine a few during my Christmas vacation so I will post photos as soon as possible. I will pm Paguard and drdk as soon as I get home from the powder-coating supplier today.

Good evening gang! I’ve just got home from three consecutive 12 hour days of door sill production and I picked up the door sills for Jaiden, MR-J, paguard, and drdk on my way home from the powder-coaters. I will be applying the 3M tape to each set and delivering them to the UPS store on Friday. The following photos are of T-Mac’s pre-production prototype door sill plates with our own Ridgeline owners club.com logo engraved on the two front plates and the custom sills for ingo b. The other sills machined during the 3-day’er were the standard version for rtraviator and inventory stock. These billet door sills will soon be available through our own “Honda Ridgeline Owners Club Merchandise” during the first quarter of 06’ and I’d like to take this time to thank you all for supporting me during this project and I look forward to serving the members of this great club with other club related goodies with our club logo engraved on them very soon.
