Didn't you do something like that for Toobuku's Raider emblem? If so, is it possible to fill in all of the oval grooves as well?
Hi Keith, Actually, anything you can imagine is possible and machinable. I was under the impression you were going with the silver billet look on your sills. I also think it’s a weird coincidence that Kevin had ordered the same exact design in black wrinkle finish during the same time frame.

Ron, Yes, I am. I was just wondering what was possible.

Everyone, I'm going with the opposite of the photos of #222 (Added some door sill decoration.), meaning, the grooved Ridgeline in the front and the grooved Ridgeline with mountain in the back.

Here is my truck with all of it's chrome, so you can see why I'm going with the straight silver look. I think it will match up the best.

Kevin's is a bit different. He has the "RIDGELINE" as straight cut letters where I want the grooved letters. Added some door sill decoration.

Re: Added some door sill decoration.

Man! You have got to have one of the most stunning examples of the Redrock Pearl Ridgelines on the ROC! It is very well done and I concur with your choice of silver billet for your styling motif. I will submit a jpg for your evaluation before programming to be sure we capture the correct design elements regarding font outline and filled lettering. BTW, We can have your door sills chrome plated as well. That's never been done before either.

Thanks Ron! I'm going for the classic truck look, but not over the top.

Chrome plated? Hmmm...."DO IT!" I'll be your beta tester! You'll be the true "Master of Bling" when people see the chrome sills.

Ron, (for my clarity) I do not want the lettering filled with any color, just the cut groove letters. Before, I was just wondering what was possible but I think that plain (chrome) will be best for my truck.

The Triple Chrome Plating process uses copper plating, nickel plating and finally the chrome plate. it starts at $75.00 minimum charge and can be processed in about a week with regards to their workload. They said they can also do black chrome on steel parts.

Hey zeroagenow,

Here is the photo of the current "Standard" door sill without any "custom" engraving with pricing set at $180.00

Thank you for your interest and I've got your email too.

Ron

Can you (or anyone) post a photo of the difference between the standard sill and something that is chromed? Sorry, I just don't know how big a difference it will be. THANKS!

Thumbs up Re: Added some door sill decoration.

Ron

My sills arrived today, and they look AWESOME!

I love the black wrinkle finish, and the lettering really stands out with the silver.

They're going on my Billet Silver truck tomorrow; I'll post some pics when I get a Round Tuit.

Thanks again - you definitely rock!
