ROCer's and EOCer's Mix, Mingle and Meet

I was thinking that since the National Meet was a combo with Honda Products that it might be fun if we could meet before hand and get to know each other some. Since the National Meet is in June and we 're have a winter meet on Cape Cod March 7, 8, and 9, why not open it up to all.

http://www.elementownersclub.com/for...ad.php?t=39015

We often camp but in winter we play inside, pubs, pools, wherever....

It's a great group of folks, just as you'all have here.
Hope to see some of you there. Make ressies early, I heard it fills up on winter weekends. Most of us are going Friday and leaving Sunday.

It's all about the people and the Honda Products, right?

Regards,
jurn

Wish I lived up in you're neck of the woods. I'd be there in a second. Good luck "E's".

I feel offended that you have posted this as a separate thread after your post on the Albany, NY March 8th meet, which I have been working hard to put together for RL owners. I guess I will get over it, but right now I feel it's really un-cool, but still nice that you ask.

Please don't take offense, as we only thought if folks were trying to be available on the March 8th date (there or cape), we'd mention the Cape Codder, seeing as reservations were already made for some folks. (otherwise we'd head up to your meet if welcomed).

No one meant to step on toes here. We only thought if we merged it would be welcomed to meet before the National meet.

It just happened the date was the same date, and so we obviously would like to merge on some meets.
Please accept the truth that we didn't mean anything rude or trying to be un-cool as you say..

Also ...some folks are near there, and may want to stop in.

regards,
jurn

As I said it was nice of you to ask and I know the best intention is to get a bunch of nice people together and have some fun. That is why I had changed the date of the meet I am coordinating as not to conflict with another RL meet in PA… Those that wish to attend can, as long as they let us know when the finalized meet info is posted.... Even if it is just for a rest stop on their way to the Cape….

Re: ROCer's and EOCer's Mix, Mingle and Meet

Trust me Jurn was not trying to step on toes we tend to plan events far in advance (note the date that thred was started on 10/07).

We are a close knit group on the EOC and tend get together alot. We just wanted to extend it to others here on the ROC and meet up prior to the national meet and have some fun.
