Re: JackRabbit Series by Pace Edwards
I am wondering if Auto Anything will support ROCers? For The Full Metal jack Rabbit? I will have to look into that one!

Re: JackRabbit Series by Pace Edwards
I have read many tonneau posts and have whittled down the list to three covers. Retrax (about $1000), PE jackrabbit (about $800) , PE Full metal jackrabbit (about $1150). I don't see a big discriminator between the three, so it comes down to price.
Interestingly, I am hung up on the old style jackrabbit. I cannot find any discussion about why the old style was not adequate. The company does not really sell the advantages of the FMJ either. For a difference of $350 it is worth knowing the difference between the tops. Is there anyone that has owned the jackrabbit? Any problems that the FMJ is designed to resolve? ![]() |

The advantages of the FMJ is a stronger design and able to hold much more weight. It also does not have a vinyl covering that may fade or tear over time. The both use the same rail(track) systems, same canister housing and have the same features & benifits. The standard JackRabbit is still a quality cover, but for the extra money the FMJ is a nicer cover. Our website also talks about the advantages of the FMJ starting with the main home page and in further detail on the FMJ page and/or the Cover Comparision sheet. www.paceedwards.com I hope that helps. Re: JackRabbit Series by Pace Edwards
Okay folks, I just got my cover last night. I did not have time to unpack and install it...late night at work. If things go well, I should have my cover installed this evening and I will share my pics. Stay tuned!!!
